Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in a sturdy box and clearly mark the outside of the package with your provided Return Authorization number.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package to our distribution center; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
